At Catalyst Pet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
